Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your selected items and delivery address before you pay. Availability can vary by product and destination.

Made-to-order merchandise

Many of our clothing and accessory items are made to order. Production happens before shipping, so a carrier's transit estimate does not include production time. Check the product description for any item-specific information. Contact us if you need an item for a particular date before ordering.

Orders with multiple items

We work with several fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately, with separate tracking information. Checkout displays the shipping charge for the items in your cart.

Signed music, collectibles, and preorders

Check each product page for its format and any preorder or availability details. If you have a question about when a signed item, collectible, or preorder can ship, please contact us before purchasing.

Digital items

Digital-only products do not require physical shipping. Delivery instructions are in the product description.

Questions or delivery problems

Email mattsnye@gmail.com with your order number for order questions, address corrections, missing deliveries, or damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. Do not send a return to a fulfillment partner without instructions from us.
